What You’ll Earn

  • Guaranteed base pay: $800/week ($41,600 annually)
  • Commission paid weekly

  • Average total compensation: $60,000–$85,000/year
  • No cold calling – receive 15–20 qualified inbound calls daily
 
Work Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (half-day Fridays!)
Responsibilities

  • Handle 15–20 inbound calls/day from interested clients
  • Educate customers on health insurance plans and guide them through enrollment
  • Use CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
  • Achieve performance goals and deliver excellent service
Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in insurance, inside sales, or call center (preferred)
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Licensed in health insurance (preferred, not required)
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines and ethical sales practices
