What You'll Do
  • Prospect for new commercial insurance opportunities
  • Develop relationships with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify business risks and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
  • Generate and close new commercial insurance sales
  • Build and manage a profitable commercial book of business
  • Conduct sales presentations and coverage reviews
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and clients
  • Develop referral and networking relationships within the local business community
  • Cross-sell and identify additional coverage opportunities
  • Maintain accurate activity, prospect, and sales information in agency systems
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a sales-driven insurance professional who is motivated by uncapped earning potential and wants to take their commercial insurance career to the next level.

Required:
  • Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License
  • Proven insurance sales experience
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Comfortable developing new business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other sales strategies
  • Professional presence when working with business owners and commercial clients

Commercial insurance experience is strongly preferred.
Experience with Commercial Lines, Business Insurance, Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Commercial Auto, BOP, or Small Business Insurance is highly valued.

Compensation
