Job Title: TECH SUPPORT (Telephony - Avaya)
Location: Mendota Heights MN
Duration: 13 plus months

Required skills
5+ years of experience in systems support analysis experience.
Application administration or production support in a telephony (Avaya) environment.
Preferably experience with Qfiniti Call Recording and Verint Workforce Management.
Experience in Application administration or production support in a Windows/SQL environment.
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience with owning and driving technical initiatives
Responsibilities
Perform migrations from lower environments to production, lead upgrades, installations, and configurations.
Evaluate or review queries to extract data, or perform limited programming to fine tune systems supported.
