LaSalle Network is hiring for an Audio Visual Specialist to join a globally recognized law firm's Technology Team in Atlanta. This Audio Visual Specialist role puts you at the center of high-stakes meetings, events and client experiences in a polished, fast-paced legal environment. As the Audio Visual Specialist, you'll operate as the sole onsite AV professional while collaborating with a broader team of AV Engineers across the firm. Your work will directly impact attorneys, clients and high-profile meetings every day.
What's the job?
  • Coordinate and execute audio/video calls across offices, vendors and clients
  • Set up, operate and break down AV systems for meetings and events
  • Troubleshoot AV issues in real time to ensure seamless experiences
  • Consult on AV configurations for meetings and conferences
  • Manage and maintain AV equipment, including video walls and mixers
  • Track support requests and escalate complex issues when needed
  • Edit video recordings and maintain documentation

What's needed?
  • 3+ years of experience as an Audio Visual Specialist or similar role
  • Q-SYS Level 1 certification required (Level 2 preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across AV, networking and hardware
  • Experience with microphones, mixers, lighting and video systems
