Senior Experiential AV ConsultantThis role focuses on designing and delivering advanced audio-visual systems that power interactive, real-world environments. You will work across global projects to ensure technical solutions align with creative vision from concept through to installation.
What You'll Do
  • Lead AV design across projects, maintaining quality and design intent
  • Produce technical documentation (signal flow diagrams, drawings, specifications)
  • Specify hardware for video, audio, and interactive systems
  • Oversee installation, commissioning, and AV subcontractors
  • Support prototyping, testing, and client handover
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and project teams
  • Contribute to process improvements and technical innovation

What You Bring
  • 6-8+ years' experience in AV systems design and commissioning
  • Strong knowledge of AV systems, control systems (QSC, Crestron, AMX), and video distribution
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit a plus)
  • Experience with projection systems, videowalls, and interactive displays
  • Hands-on installation and commissioning experience
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills

  • Travel required: approximately 20-30% for global projects
