What You'll Do
  • Build real connections with customers through calls, messages, and in-person conversations
  • Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicles
  • Set up fun, informative test drives
  • Negotiate deals and help customers feel confident in their purchase
  • Track your progress using our internal lead system
  • Practice handling objections, closing deals, and refining your sales skills
  • Personally deliver vehicles to give guests the VIP experience
  • Use social media + networking to expand your reach and build your brand
