Supervisors "Key Holders" work in a fast-paced specialized service environment responsible for servicing our guests' vehicles and ensure quality workmanship. They are certified technicians and responsible for overseeing teammates and ensuring that all policies, procedures, and services are performed to Jiffy Lube's highest standards. In addition to overseeing the store in the absence of the Store Management, the Supervisor sets an example as a leader, focusing on the career development of teammates, and provides consistent guidance and direction. These are our resident experts who ensure quality workmanship to get our guests back on the road. This is an important job in our Jiffy Lube stores and critical to our success. And every J-Team member receives comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University, our award-winning training program. We even offer Ace Accreditation of up to 32 college credits for completion and certification of Jiffy Lube University courses.
