Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Automotive Service Manager to lead our Service department and be responsible for overseeing all service operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Automotive Service Manager will lead a dedicated team of service professionals, manage daily operations, and implement strategies to drive service department success. Duties & Responsibilities:

· Lead, mentor, and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve departmental goals.

· Oversee daily service operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and staffing.

· Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

· Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and maintaining effective communication.
