Automotive Service Cashier
Join Our Team!
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Automotive Service Cashier to join our busy dealership/service department. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent attention to detail, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Process service repair invoices and accept payments accurately.
  • Balance and reconcile daily cash, credit card, and check transactions.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department.
  • Schedule service appointments as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and process paperwork.
  • Assist the Service Advisors and management team with administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each visit.
  • Help maintain a clean and welcoming customer waiting area.
Qualifications
  • Previous cashier, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Automotive dealership or service department experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office; dealership management system experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
