We are looking for a dependable, organized Service Department Associate to support daily operations within our automotive service department. This role ensures smooth workflow, accurate documentation, and an exceptional customer experience throughout the service process. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and assist with check‑in and general service department needs
  • Document customer concerns and service requests clearly and accurately
  • Create, update, and organize repair orders and service files
  • Coordinate appointment flow, vehicle status updates, and internal communication
  • Support the service team with scheduling, paperwork, and follow‑up tasks
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and customer‑friendly service area
  • Ensure timely communication between customers and the service department
