Description of the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing customer inquiries and complaints, and recommending appropriate vehicle repair and maintenance services.

Responsibilities
  • Interact with customers to understand their vehicle issues and concerns
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about available repair and maintenance services
  • Assist customers in scheduling appointments and ensure timely completion of services
  • Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and communicate repair updates to customers
  • Prepare cost estimates and effectively explain service charges to customers
  • Upsell additional services and products to meet customer needs and maximize revenue
  • Maintain customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history
