Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to support daily operations within our service department. This role plays a critical part in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring efficient workflow, and supporting the service team in achieving performance goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Service Manager in overseeing daily service department operations
  • Support scheduling, dispatching, and workflow to maximize efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally
  • Monitor repair orders for accuracy, completeness, and timely processing
  • Coach and support service advisors and technicians to meet performance expectations
  • Help manage department metrics, including labor sales, efficiency, and customer retention
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, manufacturer standards, and safety regulations
  • Step in to manage operations in the absence of the Service Manager
Qualifications
