Group 1 BMW of Houston Midtown is expanding our team and seeking a driven and experienced Automotive Sales Professional to represent our premier BMW dealership and the ultimate driving machine!
Our ideal candidate is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience, takes pride in their performance, and thrives in a high-energy, team-focused environment that values and supports its associates.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
  • Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
  • Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
  • Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of automotive sales experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to succeed in a commission-driven, performance-based environment
  • Positive attitude with a high-energy personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
