WE need your help to take us to the next level. Our growing Sales Department is looking for ambitious, goal oriented individuals to join our team. No automotive experience required. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for making outbound sold and unsold follow-up calls to assist our Client Care Division.
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management in an effort to qualify and market to potential customers
  • Satisfy the vehicle needs of Internet-generated customers
  • Collaborate with our Client Care Division and assist with incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Be available to respond to appointments made, demonstrate the features and benefits, email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
  • Awareness of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Assist customers in selecting a vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Quality customer service skills, and proven sales track record
  • Ability to work Full Time including Saturdays and some evenings. Every other Sunday schedule permitting.
  • Confident, pleasant and professional.
  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Possess time management skills and be able to work independently
  • Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process; not intimidated by the word "No"
  • Take direction well
  • Must be a team player
