Qualifications or Skills:

  • Previous Automotive Production Leadership Experience
  • Ability to speak, read & write in English
  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude

Job Duties:

  • Direct and manage plant operations for production.
  • Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to insure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner.
  • Implement cost effective systems of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages and salaries.
  • Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production standards.
  • Control and minimize labor expense
  • Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives.
  • Incorporates shop floor organization and plant cleanliness among plant personnel.
  • Provides direction, development and leadership to production supervisor.
  • PPE must be worn
  • Ensuring customer requirements are being met
  • Responsible for 5S in Work Area
  • Employee must adhere to all 5S and safety rules
  • Required participation in semi-annual work reviews
  • Employee must adhere to all ISO/IATF procedures and work instructions
  • Perform All other Assigned Duties
  • Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
