We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Automotive Collision Damage Estimator/Analyst to join our fast-paced automotive service team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and communicating effectively with customers, technicians, and insurance adjusters. Your expertise will ensure that each vehicle is evaluated thoroughly, repairs are accurately estimated, and customer satisfaction is prioritized. Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections of vehicles involved in collisions or damage incidents to identify all repair needs.
  • Utilize advanced estimating software to develop detailed repair estimates that include parts, labor, and materials.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding damage assessments, repair procedures, and cost estimates to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Collaborate with technicians and shop managers to review repair plans, timelines, and costs for accuracy and efficiency.
