Compensation
  • Training Pay: $17.00 per hour
  • Flat Rate: Post-training potential
  • Estimated Annual Earnings: $37,000-$60,000
  • Night Shifts: 9pm - 6am

Responsibilities
  • Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicles
  • Clean interior and exterior windows
  • Vacuum, shampoo, and scrub vehicle interiors
  • Clean engine and engine compartments
  • Apply dressing to tires and wheel wells
  • Use specialty cleaners and chemicals to ensure high-quality, lasting cleanliness
  • Operate detailing tools and equipment safely
  • Immediately report any safety concerns to management
Qualifications
  • Prior detailing experience with similar responsibilities, preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and consistency
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Willing to complete a pre-employment background check
  • Experience in a dealership or automotive franchise environment, preferred
  • Must have valid Driver's Licenses with no restrictions
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and bend, kneel, squat, and stoop as needed
