Job description

Automotive Technician (B-Level)
Bergstrom Cadillac Buick GMC of Green Bay
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Accurately diagnose and repair the vehicle to meet Bergstrom standards
  • Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings
  • Produce flat rate hours at 120% efficiency or better
  • Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to Service Advisors
  • Safely test driving guest vehicles before and after repairs

Schedule: Monday - Friday
Pay: Flat rate pay structure with an earning potential of $100,000+ dependent on experience and productivity. Pay starts hourly but will switch to flat rate after training is completed.
WHO'S RIGHT FOR THE JOB?
  • ASE Certifications are preferred
  • Degree in Automotive Technology OR experience as an Automotive Technician is required
  • Valid driver's license with a reputable record
