Priority Nissan in Chantilly is looking for an experienced General Sales Manager to lead our sales operation and take performance to the next level.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a results-driven leader with a passion for coaching, accountability, and developing talent while maximizing dealership success.
What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the new and pre-owned sales departments.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Partner with Finance and Fixed Operations to maximize dealership performance.
  • Coach managers and sales consultants through performance management and professional development.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
  • Foster a culture built on integrity, accountability, and exceptional customer service.

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience as a General Sales Manager, Sales Manager, or other automotive sales leadership role.

  • Experience with dealership CRM and DMS systems.
