We are searching for a Used Car Sales Manager at Acura of Avon. The right candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department. This includes managing inventory, pricing vehicles, and ensuring profitability. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the used vehicle market.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the used vehicle department to maximize sales and profitability
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and retain customers
  • Maintain an effective inventory by sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing used vehicles
  • Determine pricing strategies based on market trends and vehicle conditions
  • Ensure all vehicles are inspected and reconditioned to meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales campaigns
  • Train and mentor staff on product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service
  • Track and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
