We are currently seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform maintenance and light repairs at customer locations.Job DetailsSalary: Competitive hourly pay with productivity or performance-based bonusesJob Type: Full TimeLocation: Albuquerque, NMKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and fluid services at customer locations.Operate and maintain the mobile service van, ensuring it is organized, equipped, and safe.Diagnose minor vehicle issues and effectively communicate findings to customers and service team members.Deliver professional, customer-focused service while keeping the work area clean and efficient.Complete all service documentation accurately using dealership systems.Adhere to all safety, environmental, and company policies.Coordinate scheduling, parts requirements, and follow-up services with the Service Department.Maintain the dealership’s reputation through integrity, professionalism, and quality service.Participate in ongoing training and certification programs offered by Ford Motor Company and Power Ford.Working EnvironmentRegular operation of the company’s mobile service vehicle.Work outdoors with exposure to various weather conditions.Physical activities including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.Flexible scheduling may be required, including occasional weekends or evenings.Power Ford is an Equal Opportunity Employer and maintains a drug-free workplace.
