We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) and enhance customer engagement, lead generation, and overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and motivate the BDC team to achieve performance targets.
  • Develop and implement effective lead-generation strategies to drive sales and service appointments.
  • Monitor and analyze BDC performance metrics, ensuring optimal efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the sales and service departments to align BDC operations with dealership goals.
  • Implement and manage CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and timely communication.
  • Develop scripts, training materials, and processes to enhance team performance.
  • Maintain knowledge of dealership promotions, inventory, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
