We are seeking aย results driven Business Development.ย This position will execute on ourย digital lead generation system. Experience working in retail automotive is not necessary. Candidates with experience working as a Sales Consultant, Finance Manager or BDC Rep are encouraged to apply. We will offer excellent ground floor training & show you the ropes of retail automotive.ย

Responsibilities:

  • Assist withย internet business developmentย lead management
  • Expect to utilize CRM daily and log incoming traffic
  • Generate appointments and quotes by means of proactive outbound prospecting and lead activity management
  • Assistย customers in appropriate vehicle selection โ€“ be the product expert & sounding board
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet

Qualifications:

  • Comfortable texting and emailing with customers daily
  • Entering leads into our CRM daily
  • Answering customer calls daily
  • Superior communication skills, both oral and written
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to stay strong and calm in a stressful environment; must thrive under pressure
