Job description

Custom Truck Accessories is looking for a Sales & Inventory Admin for our growing RV division in Carson City. This role will help answer and coordinate incoming calls, maintain our online inventory as units are received and sold, and help the sales team manage their leads and follow-ups.

We are looking for someone who enjoys talking to people, likes staying organized, and is self-motivated

Compensation & Schedule

  • Hourly pay: $18-22 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full-time schedule: Tuesday - Saturday preferred

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer incoming calls and greet customers with a friendly, professional presence
  • Gather customer information and route or follow up with the right team member
  • Manage and update our online RV and inventory listings across dealer platforms and our website, keeping photos, descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate
  • Track service appointments, customer vehicles, and job status to help keep things running smoothly
  • Assist with customer communication: appointment reminders, status updates, and follow-up calls
  • Support the sales team with quotes, data entry, and general administrative tasks as needed
  • Help maintain organized records in our dealer management system
  • Experience in automotive, RV, powersports, or a dealership environment is a plus, but not required

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Experience in aftermarket accessories, automotive service, or parts sales is preferred but not required. We will train the right person
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude; organized enough to juggle multiple jobs without dropping the ball
  • Proactive and self-motivated

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

  • Able to stand and move for extended periods
  • Comfortable lifting up to 30 pounds (e.g., parts, accessories)
  • May occasionally help inspect vehicles in the shop or lot
