Mercedes-Benz is seeking an experienced & highly motivated Automotive Manager to oversee operations in our dealership/service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive management, sales, customer service, & operational efficiency. This role requires a results-driven leader with a passion for luxury automobiles & an ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in sales, service, or operations departments, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives.
  • Develop & implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer satisfaction, & overall operational efficiency.
  • Lead, mentor, & train a team of automotive professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Monitor & analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track departmental success & implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, & safety standards.
  • Manage budgets, expenses, & profitability targets, optimizing revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with marketing & customer experience teams to enhance brand visibility & engagement.
  • Resolve customer complaints & ensure a premium service experience aligned with Mercedes-Benz standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, & corporate teams.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, or a related field ( preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in automotive management, preferably in a luxury vehicle brand.
  • Proven track record in sales, service, or operational leadership within the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, & interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze financial reports & manage budgets effectively.
