Our Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep location is currently seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle purchasing process while delivering a friendly, consultative, and customer-focused experience. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them through the vehicle buying process with a consultative approach
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right vehicle
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and accompany customers on test drives
  • Educate customers on warranties, financing options, and the overall purchasing process
  • Respond to online, phone, and showroom leads to generate sales opportunities
  • Follow up with customers before and after sales to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
  • Track customer interactions and daily activities in the CRM system
  • Stay current on vehicle inventory, features, and automotive technology

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required
  • Previous sales or customer service experience encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed
  • Comfortable learning CRM systems and dealership technology
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
