Responsibilities
  • Ensure inventory is front line ready
  • Be proficient in all aspects of the sales process
  • Work car deals through CDK and VinSolutions
  • Manage sales teams on proper closing techniques through training and active participation
  • Ensure high CSI scores & monitor these metrics for making improvements on your team
  • Conduct daily and weekly sales training meetings for Product Specialists
  • Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance
  • Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a CRM system

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of Car Sales Manager experience is required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to submit to background check & drug screen
