  • Support project handoff and execution to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Domestic travel required (estimated 40–50%) for customer visits, site assessments, and presentations.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of conveyor applications experience in material handling or industrial automation.

·       Proven background in automation applications engineering, estimating, and project management.

  • Strong working knowledge of powered conveyor systems, mechanical and electrical installations, and controls integration.
  • Experience with AutoCAD (required); familiarity with SolidWorks or other design/simulation software is a plus.
  • Robust understanding of process flow, process automation, and process improvement within manufacturing and distribution supply chains.
  • Effective presentation and communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to clients.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions from concept to creation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in both technical sales and project execution of conveyor systems.
  • Exposure to robotics, AMRs, AS/RS, or broader warehouse automation projects.
  • Background in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or controls engineering.
  • Experience with proposal development and CRM tools.

Compensation & Benefits

·       Base salary of $90,000–$120,000 plus performance bonuses, with total compensation ranging from $150,000–$200,000.

  • Compensation is commensurate with industry knowledge, experience, and expertise.
  • Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, vacation, holidays, and 401K with company match.
