Project Manager

Strong RPA project management experience (UiPath mandatory). Minimum 6+ years of hands-on RPA project management experience, with mandatory UiPath project delivery, managing multiple workstreams and customer engagements.

End-to-End Project Delivery & Client Management: Proven ability to deliver RPA projects within scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including project planning, resource allocation, change management, risk escalation, and direct customer-facing ownership of project status, expectations, and outcomes.

Excellent stakeholder, communication & professional services skills: Demonstrated experience working in customer-facing and partner-facing roles, managing SOWs/MSAs, running project governance meetings, and maintaining high CSAT/NPS, with strong collaboration across sales, pre-sales, and professional services teams.
