The successful candidate will operate as a hands-on team member, partnering closely with internal stakeholders to stabilize execution, improve coordination, and accelerate delivery outcomes over a defined six-month engagement period.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain a comprehensive project framework, including scope, timeline, deliverables, and success metrics

Assess the current state of the project and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities

Implement project governance, tracking, and reporting mechanisms to ensure visibility and accountability

Facilitate cross-functional coordination, ensuring clear communication and alignment among stakeholders

Proactively manage risks and dependencies, driving timely resolution of issues

Support leadership with concise updates, insights, and decision-ready materials

Introduce and embed best-in-class project management practices, tools, and processes to leave a lasting capability impact

Act as a force multiplier for the team, enabling focus on strategic priorities while maintaining execution discipline

---

Preferred Qualifications

Proven track record as a Project Manager or Program Manager, ideally within complex, cross-functional environments

Experience working in a consulting capacity or fast-paced, high-stakes project environments

Strong ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive progress in partially defined contexts

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction

Demonstrated success in implementing PMO standards, governance models, and process improvements

Ability to quickly integrate into existing teams and build trust

---

Engagement Details

Duration: 6 months (with potential extension depending on business needs)

Type: Consulting / contract engagement

Focus: Immediate impact, capability uplift, and delivery acceleration for a company-critical initiative
