This role will champion human-centric, ethical AI that empowers decision-making without replacing people, delivering measurable business outcomes while ensuring compliance with industry standards and corporate values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI program development and deployment, including the design, implementation, and optimization of Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by aligning engineering, operations, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of AI initiatives.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive program plans-including timelines, budgets, and resource strategies-to ensure projects are delivered on scope, on time, and within budget.

  • Monitor and report progress by tracking KPIs, risks, and interdependencies, providing clear and actionable updates to senior leadership.

  • Facilitate transparent communication across teams, proactively removing obstacles and ensuring a shared understanding of objectives and deliverables.

  • Continuously refine program management practices by introducing best-in-class processes, tools, and methodologies for AI project execution.

  • Ensure strategic and ethical alignment of all AI solutions with Hyve Solutions' corporate vision, compliance requirements, and human-centric principles.

  • Minimum 5-8+ years experience as a program manager

  • Proven experience in program or project management, ideally within software development or AI-driven environments.

  • Strong familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and enterprise-scale deployments.

  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or AI/ML credentials from Microsoft, Google, IBM, etc., are highly valued.

  • Demonstrated success in implementing or managing AI solutions in enterprise environments.

  • Deep commitment to ethical AI and solutions that prioritize human oversight and decision support.
