This position will be working onsite from Miami.
Position Summary:
We're hiring a Marketing Automation Manager to own the technical execution of our CRM automation program in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives working in a complex data environment, and takes pride in getting things right. You will report to the Senior Manager, CRM Marketing and work in close alignment with our corporate data team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Journey Builder & Lifecycle Automation: Build, manage, and optimize triggered and lifecycle journeys in SFMC Journey Builder; own entry logic, decision splits, wait steps, and exit conditions; audit active journeys for performance, data accuracy, and deliverability on an ongoing basis.
  • Audience Segmentation & Data Work: Build and maintain audience segments using data extensions and SQL-based queries; work within Databricks to access, explore, and operationalize data for CRM use cases; partner with the corporate data team to align on data structures, naming conventions, and segment logic while maintaining CRM program needs.
  • AMPscript & Dynamic Content: Write and maintain AMPscript for personalization, conditional content, and data lookups; apply dynamic logic across templates to support segmented messaging at scale. Data Flows & Integrations
  • Maintain and troubleshoot data flows between SFMC, Salesforce CRM, and Databricks; flag data issues proactively and document integration architecture and dependencies.
  • Execution Standards: Uphold QA, testing, and deployment best practices; maintain accurate documentation; surface risks and blockers to the Senior Manager promptly.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience working in Databricks or a comparable data platform required; must be comfortable navigating large datasets, writing SQL queries, and building audience segments without dedicated data engineering support.
  • Strong AMPscript and SQL skills; able to build and troubleshoot dynamic content and data logic independently.
  • Experience with SFMC-to-CRM integrations and data pipeline basics; familiarity with Salesforce CRM a plus.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with technical and data teams, align on shared processes, and advocate for CRM needs.
  • Detail-oriented and accountable; takes ownership of accuracy, documentation, and on-time delivery.
  • Contributes to program KPIs through automation reliability, data accuracy, segmentation quality, and journey performance.
  • Marketing Automation Specialists, CRM Engineers, Email Developers, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrators, Marketing Technology Analysts.
