Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced QA Automation Contractor with strong expertise in modern test automation frameworks, specifically Playwright and Copado Robotic Testing. The ideal candidate will help design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions that improve software quality, accelerate release cycles, and support enterprise-grade CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for web applications.
Build and manage end-to-end regression, smoke, and functional test suites.
Implement and maintain robotic testing solutions using Copado Robotic Testing.
Collaborate closely with QA, developers, product owners, and DevOps teams.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root-cause analysis.
Maintain reusable automation frameworks and testing best practices.
Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release activities.
Ensure test coverage across browsers, environments, and integrations.
Document automation standards, processes, and test execution reports.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in QA automation or software testing.
Hands-on experience with Playwright automation framework.
Strong experience with Copado Robotic Testing / robotic process testing.
Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript for automation scripting.
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience with Git-based source control systems.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models.
Strong debugging, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce testing environments.
Exposure to API testing and integration testing.
Experience working in cloud-based environments.
Knowledge of test reporting and defect management tools.
Prior consulting or contractor experience preferred.
