Job description

SUMMARY:

The Product Management Sr. Advisor provides leadership, strategic direction, and operational execution for the development, enhancement, compliance, and growth of the MoreThanRx product portfolio,including strategic initiatives that support the organization's Signature affordability and consumer engagement strategy. This role is responsible for executing product strategy across the MoreThanRx direct service suite, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives, regulatory requirements, client needs, and emerging market opportunities.

Key responsibilities include product operations and management, process improvement, cross-functional leadership, regulatory compliance oversight, KPI measurement and reporting, vendor relationship management,and collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, performance, and growth. The Sr. Advisor will identify opportunities to streamline operational processes, optimize reporting capabilities, and leverage AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to improve efficiency, automate routine product support activities, and enhance data-driven decision making.

This role partners closely withProvider Contracting, Sales & Account Management (SAM), Supply Chain Sales Enablement, Technology, Analytics, and Operations teams to support market expansion, accelerate client adoption, and maximize the value delivered through the MoreThanRx and Signature solutionportfolios. The position serves as a critical liaison across business, technology, operations, and client-facing organizations to identify enhancement opportunities, evaluate market trends, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure scalable product growth.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance product operations, reporting accuracy, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

  • Develop, monitor, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product performance, adoption, financial impact, and operational health.

  • Utilize AI-enabled tools, including Microsoft Copilot, to automate reporting activities, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce administrative burden.

  • Partner with analytics, technology, and operational teams to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.

  • Translate complex operational and performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.

  • Support Signature-related initiatives that enhance affordability, consumer transparency, and member engagement.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE A COMBINATION OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • 6+ years of experience in product management, product operations, healthcare strategy, process improvement, or related healthcare services fields.

  • Demonstrated experience leading operational improvement initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience developing, managing, and communicating KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting.

  • Familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot and the ability to apply technology solutions to improve efficiency and business processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process optimization skills.

  • Healthcare and/or PBM experience.

  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and lead initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for executives, clients, and operational stakeholders.


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
