Position Summary


The Information Technology Intern provides day-to-day support for end user requests related to software, hardware, and peripherals and ensures timely resolution.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assists in fielding support calls, chats, emails, or other communications from users
  • Applies basic knowledge of computer software & hardware to fix issues with assistance from the IT Team
  • Helps set up, replace, and maintain computers, software, and equipment 
  • Assists in maintaining and enhancing existing system integrations and custom applications, as well as design and implement new integrations and applications using modern development frameworks and tools 
  • Documents work and updates knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned


Qualifications and Skills
  • Basic understanding of computers, software, and IT concepts
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
  • Experience with or interest in learning technical tools such as PowerShell, SQL, Power BI, automation tools, or basic programming languages (e.g., C#) 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills required to be successful working in a fast-paced environment with frequently shifting priorities


Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Works in a temperature-controlled environment, with low noise levels
  • Prolonged periods of sitting required
  • Occasionally required to walk, stand, lift, pull, or push objects weighing up to 15 pounds
