Integration Developer - ServiceNow Integrations developer having experience with creating actions, flows, playbooks, custom spokes & scripting. Knowledge of prompts would help this developer also having AI understanding.

 Job Role: A ServiceNow Integrations developer We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with proven experience in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, custom spoke development, and advanced scripting. The ideal candidate will also have a working understanding of prompt engineering to enhance user experiences through Generative AI workflows. You will play a key role in designing and implementing integrations, automations, and intelligent workflows across enterprise systems to drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, custom spokes, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Create and orchestrate flows, subflows, and actions in Flow Designer for business process automation.
Build reusable custom Integration Hub spokes for internal and third-party system connectivity.
Write and manage complex scripts using JavaScript, Glide APIs, and Scripted REST APIs.
Configure and implement Playbooks and Process Automation Designer for guided interactions.
Develop AI-driven user experiences using prompt engineering with ServiceNow Generative AI capabilities.
Collaborate with platform architects, analysts, and product owners to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring strategies for robust and reliable integrations.
Maintain documentation, conduct code reviews, and follow ServiceNow development best practices.

Required Qualifications:

10 + year of overall experience
5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
Proficiency in Integration Hub, including custom spoke development, MID Servers, and secure credential management.
Strong skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, GlideSystem, and scripted web services.
Experience with Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Process Automation Designer.
Solid understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth2, Basic Auth, API Keys, etc.).
Familiarity with prompt design for GenAI workflows and integrating AI responses into flows.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
ServiceNow CSA certification is required; Integration Hub, CAD, or AI certifications are a plus.
