  • Collaborate with RTL and Verification teams to improve build, simulation, and release processes
  • Develop and maintain automation to improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of engineering efforts
  • Identify recurring issues or bottlenecks in existing systems and contribute to scalable, well-documented solutions
  • Support the reliability and maintainability of internal tools through debugging, monitoring, and process improvements

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Shell, Perl, Java, Groovy, Ruby, or similar)
  • Experience with object-oriented programming concepts
  • Familiarity with automating, monitoring, and debugging routine engineering tasks
  • Experience working with databases and SQL, or demonstrated ability to learn database concepts
  • Experience with continuous integration systems and version control tools such as Perforce or GitHub
  • Ability to organize work effectively, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress and issues clearly
  • Experience with ASIC design or verification tools, languages, and flows is a plus, but not required
