Job description

Title Clerk

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in the Pacific Northwest and premier employer in Idaho. We are looking for a Title Clerk to join the accounting team. The pay is $22.00-26.00 an hour. Schedule will be Monday through Friday 8am – 5pm.

Duties for this position include:

  • Processing registrations for all vehicles, license plate issuing, and transfers, ensuring completeness on all required forms
  • Verifying funds have been collected and payoffs completed
  • Maintaining titles and MSOs for inventory
  • Updating status reports to various dealers of any missing or outstanding titles
  • Scanning documents at a high level of proficiency
  • Making sure all files are filed correctly
  • Maintaining paper files in an organized manner

Working conditions are indoors, in an office environment, spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift, and frequent use of telephone.
