Responsibilities
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers with automotive parts inquiries and purchases
  • Identify, locate, and recommend parts based on customer needs
  • Manage parts sales transactions from initial contact through invoicing and delivery
  • Process special orders and maintain accurate records
  • Follow up with customers regarding order status and parts availability
  • Work closely with the Parts Manager and Service Department to ensure timely parts fulfillment
  • Maintain organized inventory displays and assist with stocking inventory
  • Ensure accurate pricing, billing, and inventory control procedures
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
  • Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and team members
  • Follow all company policies, safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous automotive parts sales experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills; dealership software experience is a plus
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a Clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
