Salary Range: $44,000 to 46,000 annually (DOE).
Work hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM M-F & rotating Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

What You Will Do:
  • Accurately execute sensitive clerical tasks on time.
  • Manage customers/claimants in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment with professionalism.
  • Accurately input notes/information into systems.
  • Prepare written correspondence.
  • Process payments, letters, reports, and other information.
  • Provide support to an assigned group of adjusters or underwriters.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • MUST be Bilingual English/ Spanish
  • High school degree; some college or a college degree preferred.
  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume or high-demand customer service role (e.g., call center, food service, or similar).
  • Ability to multi-task and give attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, phone-heavy environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Curiosity (e.g., identifying oddities and asking follow-up questions to explore them).
  • Commitment to learning (e.g., listening to and acting on feedback).
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Proficiency with software programs such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills (speaking and writing).
