What You'll DoAs a
Claims Adjuster - Manager in Training, you'll learn how to balance
customer experience, problem-solving, and business outcomes.
- Investigate and manage auto insurance claims from start to finish
- Analyze policies and determine coverage, liability, and claim outcomes
- Guide customers through the claims process with empathy and clarity
- Make decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability
- Communicate with attorneys, repair shops, and medical providers
- Manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency
- Document claim activity and maintain compliance standards
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
