Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30 am - 7:00 pm

Compensation: Commission.

What You Will Do:

Finance Managers ensure a smooth, transparent, and customer‑friendly financing process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist customers with financing options and paperwork.
  • Present and sell aftermarket products, warranties, and GAP coverage.
  • Sign customers on all applicable contracts and disclosures.
  • Maintain communication with lenders and the funding department.
  • Package deals according to company and lender requirements.
  • Deliver complete deal files to Accounting for processing.
  • Monitor and resolve funding delays immediately.
  • Meet or exceed F&I product sales goals.
  • Process refinancing requests as needed.
  • Maintain high CSI scores through excellent customer communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and vendors.
  • Look for opportunities to enhance processes and add value to the dealership.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year previous Finance Manager experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred.
  • Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs, eager to improve.
  • Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
