Part-Time Position

Previous Office Experience is Preferred but not RequiredCompetitive Pay Plan!
Monday – Friday: 9:00am to 2:00pm


Honda On Grand is seeking a friendly and organized, part-time Office Support team member to join our dealership

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily office tasks and administrative duties
  • Provide support to management and staff as needed
  • Handle customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are up to date
  • Process paperwork and manage inventory of office supplies


Requirements:

  • Previous office experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
