Location: Next Chapter Market Café
Shift: M-F, 10am-2pm
Pay: $19.29/hr

    1. Gain tools to remain calm and respond during a "crisis" (a situation is escalating; a person is upset or there is a medical emergency etc.)
    2. Learn and practice proper customer service etiquette
