You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.

What We're Looking For
  • Experience & Qualifications:
    • Customer-facing experience preferred.
    • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
    • Active Adjusters license preferred (training and exam fees provided).
    • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred.
    • Valid driver's license that meets company underwriting guidelines required.
  • Core Skills:
    • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
    • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Availability:
    • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Annual Salary
$30.53 - $47.31
The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate's work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
