Responsibilities:
As an Auto Glass Technician Trainee, you'll work alongside experienced technicians while learning every aspect of professional auto glass repair and replacement.
Responsibilities include:
- Learn windshield repair, rock chip repair, and crack repair techniques
- Assist with windshield replacement and auto glass installation
- Learn ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) camera recalibration procedures
- Inspect vehicle glass and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions
- Educate customers on windshield repair versus replacement options
- Recommend additional services, including:
- Window tint installation
- Hail damage repair
- Headlight restoration
