Job description

Summary: We are hiring for a full-time Claims Adjuster for an industry leading company in the Miami area. This a full-time permanent position that comes with benefits on day 1. Position Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee investigation, negotiation, and settlement preparation for various insurance claims.

Manage complex claim investigations, including coverage, liability, and damages assessments. Supervise all investigative activities and litigation for major claims, ensuring timely reserve postings. * Ensure compliance with established standards by monitoring claim files.

Analyze claim activities and present comprehensive reports to management and stakeholders. Assist in assigning survey inspections and supporting departmental needs. * Attend seminars and workshops to stay updated on industry developments and enhance skills.

Provide guidance and support to junior claims staff and other departments. Fulfill additional job duties as assigned. Requirements: 1+ years of experience as a Claims Adjuster Experience working with handling cargo, property, casualty, contents, or auto claims.

Must possess a general understanding of the usage of a diary-based system to move claims along towards completion. Experience in any of the following claims processes: Investigation Techniques, Adjustment, Negotiation, and Settlement Bilingual in English/Spanish
