• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to ascertain clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans that focus on their specific goals.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques that align with the client's unique backgrounds and therapeutic requirements.
• Actively engage clients in establishing therapeutic objectives and track their progress throughout the treatment journey, adapting approaches as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility challenges or preferences for virtual care, utilizing platforms that uphold confidentiality and security.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in professional development activities, including workshops and training, to stay abreast of emerging practices and enhance your clinical competencies.

You will be working with a diverse population, addressing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, seeking support in a safe and nurturing environment that promotes healing and growth. By employing a client-centered approach, you will help individuals navigate their unique mental health journeys while building trusting relationships that empower them.

• A valid license in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster a nurturing therapeutic relationship with clients.
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and challenges.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective management of a diverse caseload and associated administrative tasks.

• Experience using evidence-based therapeutic modalities in clinical practice.
• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote therapy practices.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Previous experience managing a caseload and navigating insurance billing and documentation.

• A competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, contingent upon your experience and caseload.
