• This position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home or any location that suits your lifestyle.

• Provide ethical, supportive, and individualized mental health counseling to clients via secure video conferencing.
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand client needs and develop personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate skill-building sessions that help clients enhance their coping strategies, improve problem-solving abilities, and develop effective communication techniques.
• Engage in ongoing evaluation of client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to align with their evolving needs.
• Document all sessions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies while keeping paperwork to a minimum.

The primary focus of this role is to support adults experiencing low-acuity mental health challenges. This demographic includes individuals who may be coping with stress, anxiety, mild depression, or life transitions. Your role will include helping clients navigate these challenges by promoting resilience, self-efficacy, and emotional well-being.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of a current state license such as LMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential to provide independent counseling.
• Ideal candidates will have no disciplinary actions against their licenses and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and technical aptitude.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is necessary to maintain secure and effective communication with clients during telehealth sessions.

• Prior experience working with adult populations in a counseling capacity is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and platforms will be advantageous to quickly integrate into our workflow.
• A background in developing treatment plans and client assessments will be beneficial in meeting the needs of our client base.

• A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 based on hours worked and experience.
