Responsibilities include:

Warmly greet late-arriving guests and complete accurate check-in and check-out procedures

Answer phones, respond to guest questions, and assist with requests or concerns in a professional and caring manner

Resolve guest issues whenever possible and communicate important follow-up needs to the appropriate department or manager

Prepare daily food and beverage revenue data by auditing point-of-sale revenue, covers, fees, tips, paid-outs, and settlements

Monitor the lobby and front desk area and follow established safety and security procedures

Communicate overnight activity, guest concerns, and operational issues clearly to the morning team

Support other Front Office duties and assist with additional responsibilities as assigned
