JOB SUMMARY:

The Auditor Assistant's role will primarily focus on auditing/reconciling resident ledgers for all companywide portfolios. This position will report to the Internal Auditor and its responsibilities include, but are not limited to, day-to-day resident ledger auditing activities and monthly and ad hoc reconciliations. 


The position also handles discrepancies on all resident ledgers as well as helping the site managers with any OneSite issues that come up. Monthly audits would include but are not limited to Rent/Auto-bill, Move-In's, Month-to-Month, Transaction codes, Prepaids, Service Request and Security Deposits for all Cornerstone & Reliant portfolios companywide.


CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt


SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9 am-5 pm - No Remote work


COMPENSATION: $18-$20 per/hour DOE


ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

1. Produces quality, accurate and timely monthly resident ledger audits. 

2. Track outgoing and incoming emails to make sure all correspondence is completed in OneSite.

3. Entries include:

  • Move-In Audit
  • Month-to-Month lease Audit
  • Rent/Auto-bill Audit
  • Prepaid Audit
  • Transaction code Audit
  • Security Deposit Audit
  • Service Request Audit

4. Works within monthly reporting deadlines 

5. Expected to use professional judgement when dealing with confidential information 

6. Ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

7. Corresponds with internal departments, including onsite property managers, HR, and other support departments

8. Manage the daily RealPage/OneSite system entries

9. Correspond with accountants when necessary to help with bank reconciliation discrepancies

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS 

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

2. Detail-oriented

3. Ability to work independently and prioritize workload to meet monthly deadlines

4. Proven proficiency with computer skills, including Excel

5. Demonstrate the ability to be an effective team member who displays initiative under pressure

6. Good communication skills and written/oral presentation capability

7. Ability to work harmoniously in a multi-cultural team.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE 

Required 

? High School diploma or equivalent 

? Experience with RealPage software a plus

? Proficient in Microsoft Excel a plus
